
28 Sep HONEY APPLE ICED TEA

In a small saucepan bring 2 cups of water to a boil.
Add tea bags and steep for 5 minutes.
Remove tea bags. Place hot liquid in a pitcher and refrigerate until cool (up to 1 hour).
Add apple juice and honey; stir until honey is fully incorporated in liquid.
Pour in ice filled glasses garnished with apple chunks, lemon slices and mint sprigs (if using).
