
09 Nov GOOEY SKILLET BROWNIE

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
Heat a 10" cast iron skillet over medium heat. Add butter and remove from heat once melted. Add chocolate and stir mixture with a rubber spatula until chocolate is fully melted. Add coffee granules and continue stirring. Cool for 10 mins.
Add in sugar and whisk until smooth.
Whisk in eggs until fully incorporated.
With a wooden spoon, stir in the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda and salt until smooth.
Bake for 15 minutes on the center rack. Don't worry if the middle of the brownie seems under baked. If you want a less fudgy/gooey brownie, bake for an additional 5 minutes.
Cool for a few minutes, top with scoops of your favourite ice cream and devour.
