
07 Sep Best Baked Donuts Ever!

Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit; generously grease cavities in donut pan.
In a medium bowl stir together flour, baking soda and salt; set aside.
In a separate bowl, stir together oil, yogurt, sugar, egg and vanilla. Add wet mixture into dry mixture just until combined.
Scoop in donut cavities; you will have a couple tablespoons of dough left over.
Bake in middle rack for 10 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
Cool completely on rack.
For chocolate glaze; combine all ingredients in a small bowl, stir gently. If mixture is too thick to dip donut, add more liquid ½ tsp at a time.
For standard glaze; combine all ingredients in a small bowl, stir gently. If mixture is too thick to dip donut, add more liquid ½ tsp at a time.
Dip top end of donut into glaze holding over bowl so excess glaze drips back into bowl. Sprinkle with sprinkles, nuts, chopped pretzels, toasted coconut etc…..
